ARE WISHES IMPORTANT?
I often find myself searching for nuggets of truth that universally ring true in every situation. I have recently discovered that everything that is worth anything begins with a wish. A wish is often viewed as a selfish thing. Is it selfish to wish for a cure for cancer? Is it selfish to wish to have a clean park? Think about it…your wish could make a world of difference.

A TRIBUTE TO MY MOTHER...
I was born on January 10, 1980. I don’t know if my Mom was prepared for what I was about to demand of her. My mom said I grew a pound a week, not being a parent I have no basis for comparison but she has told me this was a lot. What can I say, “Mom had some good milk”. Mom, protected me from my older evil brother who would have killed me on site had he been given the opportunity. The Big Give
The Big Give
Many of you may have watched Oprah’s Big Give this past Sunday. I watched and enjoyed seeing the families who were helped in some pretty amazing ways. I couldn’t take my mind off of one thing. In the beginning of the show they had hundreds of thousands of people all over the country auditioning to see who could be the biggest giver. Only 10 were chosen. I think we have a home for all of these givers who didn’t have an opportunity to show the world what they have to offer. I say we let them in. We simply will change their names to the Biggest Dishers!! What do you think? If you like this idea please email or write Oprah and let her know we are here. Thank you, Conor

Many of you have received interest regarding your posted wishes and dishes. To see who has responded, go into your "wishing well" and view the detail of your posted wishes and dishes. When you find you have responses, you have two choices. You can accept the responders offer or simply say No Thanks and create a custom message or use the default message that appears. If you have any questions surrounding this functionality be sure to send us an email.

Tip # 1 The two main areas used in navigating our system are found within the tool bar at the top of our pages and your “profile box” within “Your Profile”. There are other buttons within our pages, but these two areas will navigate you quickly through our entire system.

This past week has been a whirl wind. The creation and launching of a website is definitely an endurance sport. I look forward to sharing many of the ideas and concepts behind this site. These ideas and concepts will do much to reveal the person that I am.
