| I would like to know how to approach a resume problem. I had a job but the workload slowed down. My boss called me and emailed me to tell me I was a great employee and he wanted me back. I waited a few months for work to pick up but it didn't. When I went out to apply for jobs people would ask why it had been so long since I had worked. When I would explain the situation they would presume that I was going to leave right away. I would explain that this was not my intention and I pretty much knew the interview was done and I was not acceptable. I think it's quite wrong minded of them but I don't know how to reflect these things in a cover letter or an interview apparently. |
